Exchanges for a different size are based on current stock levels. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless your order was faulty or incorrect.

Your refund will be processed within approximately 10 working days from when it arrives with us. You will receive email notification once your refund has been processed but please note that it may take up to 7 working days from issue for the funds to appear on your statement.

If you have paid with cryptocurrency using DePay we cannot refund you. We will issue you a gift card of equivalent value if you wish to make a return. Exchanges are possible depending on stock levels. Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless your order was faulty or incorrect.

Any and all items that are redeemed for free as a gift courtesy of dYdX cannot be returned or exchanged.
